2003 lr3 hse with several problems, could be related?

2003 lr3 hse with several problems, could be related?
I just got another Rover and of course it's problems and hoping someone can help.
it has the yellow brake light on solid and the red brake light flashes and says parking brake fault, also wont shift into 4th gear seems to try but can't.
it has a U2002-01 in parking brake module, P0783-62 3-4 shift, P0783-64 3-4 shift, P0730-00 incorrect gear ratio, P0735-00 gear 5 incorrect ratio in transmission module.
and has U codes in several other modules.
Any help would be much appreciated.
