Default 2005 LR3 roof racks?
new to the land rover community. What are some good roof racks i should look into? I just bought a 2005 lr3 SE

check out the gear catalogue, they are all 'good' the only thing separating them is looks, dont know much about the aftermarket ones, however if going that route i would check how it mounts to the body and see if you can drive one just to prevent possible wind noise coming from them..

brownchurch

I just have a yakima and will be getting a basket for it

I have the Brownchurch and other than the wind noise I'm happy with it. My 97 D1 with the full stock roof rack didn't make as much noise.

I have a stock roof rack and if you are worried about wind noise stay away from it. I love mine but there is lot of wind noise that comes from the sun roof.

thanks for the input. I have been looking at the thule 690xt moab rack. Anyone know anything about it?
