Default 2006 Land Rover LR3 no start/no crank. Transmission thinks it is in 3rd gear

I have a 2006 Land Rover lr3 4.4. I recently took the transmission out to change the valvebody to case sleeves, bridge seal, stator and oil pump housing o-ring and inputshaft seal. I put it back together and get no fault codes but the transmission think it is in 3rd gear. Shifter is in Park, shifter on the side of the transmission is in park so how can that be? It's causing a no start/ no crank and not releasing the key (because it thinks it's in 3rd) Has anyone experienced this or have some knowledge about this? Here is a pic of the live data on the TCM

Toss this out there, could this been the issue? If not installed right the shifter and actual gear the tramission is in will not align.

Found the problem 🤦🏼‍♂️ When I put the valve body on I didn’t attach the gear position slider
