mid follow this advice through and through. I wouldn’t touch poly bushes. If your lowers are gone then your uppers won’t be far behind and I’d recommend doing them together at the mileage you’ve stated. If you haven’t done them recently then do the ARB bushes at the same time. No sense fitting new arms and leaving worn ARB bushes for the pittance they cost.

ive used LRDirext Britpart parts with no problems. I didn’t know Britpart don’t make these arms though. Anyway, the LRDirect site has a load of good options and suggests which are OEM. It’s not a hard job but preparation is critical (Ie marking the camber bolts) and a good 4 wheel align afterwards.
