Hi,
Apparently I need to change my gas pump . My LR3 has 100,000 miles. When I was looking up the part, I found out that there are two different types of gas pumps depending on whether you have the old style gas tank or the new updated gas tank, How do I know which gas tank I have?

Just change the tank. Problem solved.

 

Are the tank assembly not much more than the pump itself?

 

Good question....that would certainly impact the decision. I've also read how difficult it is to R&R the pump.
