Default 2006 LR3 HSE Windshield Washer/Sprayers

Hi All, I saw some stuff posted previously in 2013 and wanted to return to the fix. I have a 2006 LR3 HSE with both from windshield washers not operating. I checked both the internal passenger compartment fuse and the engine fuse (both 10 amp) and both seem to be fine. The rear washer works fine. I can hear the pump when I press the button for the fronts. The wipers go on but no spray. Read somewhere also that there is a fuse for the sprayer under the liquid well or motor for the washer motor? Perhaps I was reading with wishful thinking. Took a peek quickly at the wiring under the covering for the line and washers themselves under the hood. Any feedback or suggestions will be appreciated. So, fuses good. Can hear the pump/motor. Wipers wipe. Just nothing coming from the nozzles. And I don't want to burn the motor. Poked a pin through the washer face, went right through so perhaps the line which seemed fine or the wiring under the hood? Thank you in advance.

How do you know the fuse is good by looking at it? I had mine blow on the way home from the Yukon Territory in March '14. I thought the -15 temps had froze some stuff up but the fuse blew. I changed it and it worked but promptly blew again. Land Rover uprated it to a 20A fuse per TSB....and nobody told me before my trip!

Lift your hood up and pull down the liner, my hose had simply come loose and my wiper washers were simply discharging behind this liner. Also there are check valves that can get stuck. The whole hose assembly is 28 dollars from the dealer should you wish to replace it
