Default LR3 Windshield Washer Jet Issue

Ok so last year I had the washer jets stop working under hot heat. Figured out it was the 10amp fuse via the link below so i put in a 15amp and its worked fine for a year.

MyRovers.com » LR3 Washer Fuse

Fast forward to this week.... 90 degree weather and long driving the 15 amp breaker pops. I replace it and it immediately pops again. Tried some higher amp fuses just to see and they all blow.

Is it the washer motor? A short? Thoughts?

It's located under the windshield cowl. (The plastic piece that runs along the bottom of the windshield.) It has plastic clips holding it in. I seriously doubt it's the wiper motor causing the issues though.

Not the wiper motor. The washer fluid motor or does the wiper motor send this fluid?

Washer motor is in the bottom of the washer fluid tank. There are two motors, one for front/rear, and one for headlights. The one you want will have two hoses coming off of it.
