How exactly did you inspect the bushings? A visual check will not do, needs to be up and worked with a pry-bar to be certain. Milage? Bushings last about 70,000 miles from what I have read. How are the brakes? I know for a fact the dealer installed a crap one on mine. When I remove the rotor, I can clearly see the defect in the casting.

Recently I pulled the drivers side brake off to check the pads, and i think I goofed somewhere upon reassembly?

Unless you got the pad in wrong (very hard to do) or forgot to tighten something down I don't see how you could goof it up. But brake pulsing generally happens at all speeds. But with worn front end components, I have seen them act up at certain speeds. The BMW E32 chases is specifically known for a problem were 45-55 there is shuddering when braking, its due to a certain bushing that fails.

I also know thaty lower control arm bushings need to be replaced. My mechanic gave me a heads up on them a while back.
Will re-chek the brake i looked at originally, and ensure everything is tightened properly as well at and report back
