Default When is it time for bushings?

Was under the front end looking around and started noticing the bushings on the sway bar linkage were looking worn...see PICS.
All four bushing are very soft and "flimsy" for lack of a better word? Does the pic show a worn out bushing? Are there any "Tests" to perform?
Replace the entire sway bar linkage?... or can you order some rubber bushings and replace the old...something tells me the entire arm needs replacing.
Anyone ever done this?
Is it a big deal to create a project to replace the bushings throughout the truck?
What are the biggest issues I would run into?

Pan head bushings really matter.
If they get oil on them you will get the steering death wobble eventually.

You look dry under there.

Take off the weight from the joints and shake them.
not loose, leave alone.
