2007 Land Rover LR3 Drivers side door handle hyperextended when I tried opening it now it's stuck like this. Tried pushing it back into place but was met with lots of resistance so I backed off for fear of breaking something. How do I get the handle back to normal, because as it is now it can't be used to open the door.

 

I'd say something inside has broke and you'll need to remove the door card and most likely replace the handle.
