Default 270 Awning recommendations for LR3

Hello-
I am looking for recommendations for a 270 awnings for my LR3- I am leaning towards the compact Rhino Rack batwing, but was concerned about the rear hatch causing an issue with the awning.
Does anyone have any experiences with it?
Thanks,
James

Which ever one you fit you need to mount it high enough so it clears the hatch, i find a standard side awning works fine with the tailgate up.

Default AluCab 270

AluCab with Front runner brand mounting hardware. Slight interference with tailgate up, but nothing I can't live with. I could have mounted it higher, but then it would not fit in my garage (even in access height)
As a side note the heat barrier material on the bottom side of the awning does an incredible job reflecting the heat from the south Texas sun.

Look at the features of each awning. Pick the one you like and mount it high enough to miss the tail gate. They all will interfere when mounted low.

Just my 2 cents worth.
