The blue line would be main gallery pressure. Keep in mind with no actual reading, lots of pressure may not mean a ton per say - as in operating pressure. But it DOES mean the main gallery has pressure, which is good since that rules out a big leak in the main gallery. Now if you did the blue line first then the front block of course there would be no pressure since you vented it. But there are three lines on the front block, one from gallery and one to each bag. So if the bags are dropped then there would be little pressure in them also. And I would never play with a valve block without the vehicle supported, if you pull an inflated bag line it will drop like a rock.

Here is a diagram of the front (and rear) valve blocks. Not sure which line you checked, but the bottom line down is for the LH strut not the supply line. Just pointing it out since many assume its the supply line. But I still am not really sure the issue is in the valve block unless its 100% dead and for some reason the truck is not see it fault (again, strange).

Just a thought does the front air shocks get air from a solenoid? And if it does could that be my problem?

Yes I have the truck jacked up under the a frame. When I removed the air line from the valve block I could hold my finger over the hole at the valve block and not much air pressure was there was coming out going to the shock.
