Default Air Suspension leak, What's this?

I think we found the leak. If the LR3 sits for even an hour when you restart the truck the air compressor comes on. I found this fitting that leaks when the compressor is on. I think it is causing the air tank to empty. What is this part? It leaking right at the center of the coupler.

That looks like the exhaust pipe for the compressor. I dont see how it could leak in a way that would affect the suspension. I have run compressor without the intake or exhaust even hooked up.

That's good to know. I think you're correct with exhaust rather than my post of intake. I didn't know the system would operate without intake or exhaust attached.

I agree with you on that it shouldn’t affect the suspension. I spoke with Nathan from Atlantic British and he suggested we start with this $40 pipe kit. Just haven’t put it on yet.

I don’t have any codes. Just the compressor comes if it sit for more than 30 minutes.

Well if the compressor comes on after 30 minutes of just sitting that means the system is commanding an air increase. It will only do so if it wants to raise a strut(s) or after raising strut(s) to fill the reservoir back up which may have been depleted. The gallery itself is not airtight and will always leak down by design. In fact the compressor often can be heard "farting" before and after operating to bleed off gallery air otherwise there is too much pressure for the compressor to fire up, just like most shop compressors.

So you likely have a leaking strut or valve block that is dumping strut air into the gallery.

Everything you are saying makes sense but the suspension doesn't lose any height even if it been sitting for even a few days. So I believe all the struts are in good shape.

Well something is dropping enough to trigger the compressor to run. The reservoir itself is not pressure monitored, so even if that was leaking it would not trip the compressor. And gallery pressure, like I said, bleeds down and its pressure is only monitored during inflation of bags/reservoir. I may not drop over a course of days, you would have to measure to the millimeter, but often time a leaking strut leaks A LOT more during articulation. I know for a fact my front driver struts leaks especially in off-road height and when on the trails. But on normal highway cruising height and when parked it does not drop much at all, usually can't even tell unless I actually measure it.
