Air suspension went flat when I parked.
I just bought a 2007 lr3 se and shipped it back here to Lahaina, Maui, HI. This rig has been really well maintained and it my be just be something simple. All are service stations and shops burnt down during the fire that wiped out Lahaina. I could really use some advise on what I need to do to fix the AIr Suspension.
I drove to the other side of the Island and when I parked it lowered down all the way. Any help would be appreciated. Mahalo

Did it instantly go down, or after sitting for a while?
sucks about Lahaina. My wife and I own and operate a Land Rover shop in Huntington Beach.
we just bought a modest lot in Hilo. Will be bringing an LR3 to Hilo in Jan, might be able to shoot over to Maui in Jan or Feb to help.

I just lowered without my help. I drove it home and it felt like it was bottoming out and very felt like an old caddy without shocks. I called the shop in Porland that had been doing the service and they said a SCAN would diagnose the problem. He thought it didn't need to be Land Rover specific. Can you suggest where I could get it tested. Mahalo for any help.

So,
I’m guessing you got a suspension fault in Amber color, then it went red and that’s when it started bouncing around.
more than likely, if you were driving normally before it went down, you have a leak in the system. That leak stated lowering in a specific part of the system, and vehicle starts self leveling all around until it’s on the bump stops.
you need a specific scanner besides any old one.
I might have one I can ship you, nothing fancy but can read your codes. I’ll look tomorrow.

Wanted to put this thread to bed.
Randy (OP) called me. Regardless of what happened here or there, 2 things stuck out.
The compressor has recently been changed and he heard a “pop”.
I’m assuming the shop put an Arnott compressor. For some reason the line from compressor to the main valve body pops off on that brand, sometimes. They provide a new fitting for the valve block, so we normally install it, but there is some micro issue with their fittings. I usually add a slight clamp to the collar of the compression fitting to remedy it.
so, his line popped off.

Abran solved the problem and did it in a way that I thought was incredibly simple and painless. I can't thank you enough for your help. As a new Land Rover owner I had all the worst scenario's running through my head and now I will relax and enjoy the rig! Mahalo for your help.
