Unfortunately not. I was out of town for 2 weeks and I swear we've been blasted every weekend with rain here in San Diego since. Hoping for the time and clear skies this weekend.

Unfortunately I am still stuck. All the same faults still exist. I thought I got lucky. After replacing the rear ride height sensor harness, the faults mostly seemed to clear but I was left with the series of faults typical of a low battery. Had the battery charged up and all the original faults came back and still no crank. The one difference is now the rear left ride height sensor input voltage is now reading at a correct level, but clearly that didn't fix the problem.

I haven't paid a mechanic in over 20 years but I think I'm going to have to tow it to the local British shop.

Default Update and Repair

Turns out one of the ECM fuses had blown. I left it at California Autohaus in Encinitas, CA (plug because they were awesome to work with) and they physically pulled the ECM fuse and it was blown. I had already check fuses but I used the contacts on top so somehow it tested fine for me but apparently was in fact blown. My 2 hypotheses are (1) I had some water ingress that shorted a wire when I parked on an incline. (2) The GAP IID tool somehow might have somehow caused this. I know Ive used the Gap IID and after the car wouldn't start (no faults) and I could hear the relay but no crank, then it seems after a bit of time or more trials it will work just fine.

Hopefully this might help someone that gets all those Lost communication to ECU. I don't think I saw one thread on the internet that described a blown ECU fuse! Admittedly, I sort of thought the faults meant that the ECU was fine but that it couldn't communicate to the other modules and now I feel kind of dumb that I didn't think of it being each module reporting that they were working but had lost communication to the ECU.

Oh, and in the meantime I bought a Land Cruiser
