Default Anyone tried the Bilstein air struts?

When I saw Bilstein made air shocks for the LR3 I was stoked because I have been a longtime fan and user of their products. I was less stoked to see that they are priced at almost 500 per corner. Has anyone tried these? Are they better or worse compared to other brands like Arnott or even just the standard OE options? Thanks in advance!

I could be mistaken but I think Bilstein is the OEM for the shocks.

I suppose that would make the cost make sense then. Is 500 around what rover would charge for the strut?

I think it's a couple hundred bucks more than that...

When you think about it, $500 for air struts with quality shocks is quite good. I'm pretty sure I paid that for the struts on my old Caravan.

I’ve used Arnott exclusively. I’ve had 2 that I had to exchange under warranty because one of the upper studs broke at the base. Replaced without question. They have a lifetime warranty.

Also, the new ones have better studs in them, they probably got tired of trading them out.
