Aux Input
Hi, I need a new Aux Input. The actual wiring is fine, I am hoping that I can find just the actual aux socket, and not the entire unit (XVO500020). Happy to take the unit apart and solder in a new Aux jack. Is this doable? Thoughts?
This one pressure fits perfectly into the hole left by the OEM jack (it's just raised instead of flush, but looks factory)
I combined it with a cheap ebay bluetooth board, for music streaming via AUX input without volume loss (highly recommended if you're in there soldering anyway)

Socket would be only a few $$ at any radio shack/tandy type shop. This is the compact type i''ve used previously.
