Back on air ride
I removed the right ride level sensor (left side would raise up right side wouldn’t) took my amp meter touched each pin while moving lever no continuity. So I determined it was bad. I’ve ordered anew one and I’ll find out next week if I’m right. I appreciate all the help. I’ll probably purchase a IID Gap tool. I’m hoping that will give me some insight, and take some guesswork and internet guessing out of the equation.
Yup. You will either need to take it to the shop or get a tool that will allow you to recalibrate after installing the new sensor.
Yeah, tell me about it... I’ve had the truck for many years now with no real rust issues. But then, I left it in my garage for close to a year to address a lot of repairs and it rusted like crazy. I don’t understand it. And it’s not because it had a lot of salt on it from the winter. Truck went into the garage in sept/oct timeframe.
