Hi, new to this forum. I had the common random alarm issue happening and tracked it down to a faulty latch where the sensor is attached. Got a new latch from the dealer with an integrated switch but the cable lever catch seems to be in a different angle making the cable too long. Fortunately I didn't close the bonnet or I would have been in trouble. Has anybody seen this? Or maybe I bent the lever and stretched the cable from slamming it previously? I will try to post a pic of the two latches to show the difference.
