C1A35-01 Fault / No compressor running
Hi all,
Quick backstory: When I bought my LR3 the compressor was bad, so I changed it. Shortly after it gave me a slow filling fault but continued to serve me well. I knew car had some rust issues and after all other items checked, I believed it to be the air reservoir just not holding any pressure.
Fast forward, I just installed a new reservoir yesterday and immediately after starting the car it gave me the C1A35-01 fault (general electrical fault for the center air valve). I checked all the connections, even took the reservoir back out to make sure nothing was being pinched. But nothing works. The compressor won't run now at all. I took the valve out and inspected it and cleaned its interior. I also gave it a quick zap to make unstick/check functionality of the solenoid. It seemed ok, but the error persists.
Additionally, I did check if the compressor could've died even though it has only been 2 months since install. I had a spare and it also did not kick on. Leading me to be certain it's something else in the system.
Does anyone have any other ideas before I jump on ordering a new valve??
Thank you all and hopefully I can get this resolved soon!!
