Cold weather extended crank
Anyone else having this issue? Lr3 does not like this cold weather having alot of extended crank start, few times i wax not sure it would start, d1 fires right up lol
Not at all. I was amazed the few times I started it up in single digits this weekend how fast it fired up. Barely even a second of cranking. I don't know if this is typical or not, but it impressed me.
My last LR3 was used in temps down to -40 Saskatchewan and while it took a little more effort, it still started, no block heater or garage. Can't say the same about the displays though, they don't work at anything lower than -25. At -15 and they become real slow to change/respond.
My buddie from dealer thinks i have an injector going south since this truck sat so long, cause i also get a minor miss on startup that smooths out and my poor gas mileage
when i say minor the average person would not notice it
