Convenience Lighting/Footwell Lamp

Convenience Lighting/Footwell Lamp
I have a 2006 LR3 SE. I found a place to purchase OEM footwell lamps but don't know if I can just plug them in or not. Does anyone know if 2006 models are setup for the lamps?
If not, does anyone know how I would integrate them?
