You can call to ask em, but I am 99% sure it does.

No noticeable damage on any cv boots. What can be done to diagnose this issue with a floor jack and jack stands?

I had a similar issue and the same "TC learning limit" code. When turning hard on pavement it would basically drag a front wheel. I did the transfer case clutch re-calibration with the GAP tool and it fixed it. Have you tried recalibrating?
