Default Difficulty Adding Fuel - Any Suggestions?

The problem started recently and seems to be getting worse. The nozzle clicks off continuously while fueling. It seems the most common cause on other vehicles and even on these forums (D1 & D2) is cited as block vent tube. Saw a vid on YouTube of a guy blowing out the vent hose on a Toyota from the end of the hose that attaches to the canister and back toward the fuel fill assembly. He then showed how to test the canister itself by blow air into the hole..of course the charcoal canister was easily accessible under the hood...So, I crawled under the LR3 today and located the vapor canister and immediately noticed all of the hoses were connected above metal plate and not easily accessible.

Wondering if anybody here has had a similar problem with an LR3 and if anybody has any tips on how to more easily access the fuel filler vent hose to check for a blockage that could be cause the fuel nozzle to click off continuously.

Thanks!

If the fuel tank has been removed at some time it is possible that the breather hose has a kink in it just above the axle on the filler side.
