Apparently my armrest adjustment stop (see picture) broke off because now my armrest just flops around. So what suggestions would you recommend to fix it? Tig weld? drill it out and install a bolt? This stud is welded to the seat so its not an option to replace. I think the stud the armrest hangs on is hardended so not real sure about drilling through.

what say you forums experts?

 

How is the condition of the rest of the seat? I see good looking used ones on eBay for around 200 quite a bit.

 

Its in great shape so, I had not considered replacing the whole seat. that might be the better option. I have the alpaca color so I will check it out..

 

I’ll have to look at mine. I removed the armrest a while back as the leather was in bad shape. I recall it being a large roll pin. Find a big roll pin and drill out the hole if needed.
Are you near Los Angeles? I may have a set of Alpaca seats.
