Default Drivers side climate control stays cold only

Hi,

the front passenger’s climate control **** cools and heats, as designed. The driver’s side does not. I think it’s just stuck on cold only. It never gets warm.

is there a simple fuse or switch I can replace for this issue to be resolved?

Can be a blend door for that side but it usually is the heater core. If it came on suddenly, it's mechanical. If it seems to have come on slowly over time its probably the heater core. A proper citric acid flush can sometimes help clean out the core. Also there is an HVAC self-test your can do (search) that might indicate if there is an issue. FYI these heater cores are always on, always flowing.

The heat does not come on at all on the drivers side. For the passenger side, it comes on gradually, as the car warms up.

I mean if the condition seems to have come on slowly, meaning the lack of heat.
