The A/C works good and blows cold but it seems like it blows much cold on the DRIVERS SIDE vents while the passenger side vents feel somewhat warm. Yes, both temps on the digital climate control are set at 65 and the same and yes all vents are open, any ideas?

 

Set both to max cold, any change?

 

Sounds like you have a stuck blend door, either from debris or a back actuator.

 

let me guess, this means the whole dash needs to get ripped off?

I dont know, try removong the heating duct and see how far you can get.
