Driving/fog lights no bueno!
Sold the 03 disco II and yesterday I Just purchased 07 lr3 HSE with all the goodies.. yes, even the HD package.
Last night, went to fill er up (get use to this) and thought I would see if the bulbs where good all around, yep, one out in the tail light, and even more puzzling the foggies are not on, yeah, yeah, I know how to turn them on.
This morning at 6am Here in Raleigh, tried to beat the heat to dink with the lights, out they come, bulbs look good. Go to parts bin, yes I have a parts bin and grabbed new bulbs, nope not working!!
Checked #38 15a fuse and that didn't look angry, replaced anyway and..... still nothing.
I know the cube fuse, relay, what ever in the engine bay. That was good as well, even flip flopped it out with another to no avail.
Wiring was good, no chaffing. I even cut back E-tape near plug just to double check and nothing, re wrapped with e-tape to ensure it wont chaff.
Any thoughts anyone?
Again, the dealer could/will fix it but he is out of loaners and I am heading to the beach Tuesday so would like to have them. DIY is in the cards for the time being. Was wondering if there was a programming thing that would change this or something I am missing.
Thanks in advance.

The usual issue is the harness rubbing through behind the lamp, which would blow the fuse. With the fuse good, and no power, you can start with the basic checks, seeing if you're getting power to/from the relay, but I think my first step would be to remove the RH headlamp and make sure the fog light harness is plugged in. You'll have a connector right below the headlamp, 2 if you have front PDC, and I have seen them 'come unplugged' after someone removed the bumper for any number of reasons.
Takes just a few minutes to pull it. Grill has 6 clips and comes off, then 2 slide clips on the headlamp, don't pull them all the way up, just 3/4 of an inch or so.
