EAS Issues - Cannot Find Issue
Oh that’s good to know, I will be doing sliders and didn’t even think about that!
There is (was?) a bracket you can buy to relocate it higher on the frame rail. I re-engineered my bracket to also move it further FWD on the rail. I have the Rover Specialties Sliders; those caused the most interference with the AMK. I'm not sure what kind of sliders are out there nowadays, but they probably fit better.
Well, that did nothing. Now at a loss. Replaced the rear valve block since right rear wouldn’t go up or down and still doesn’t. I hear it click but no change.
It goes up and down fine when using the factory selector for off-road, standard, access but nothing when using Gap tool for valve test or calibration. So no way to even recalibrate since I cannot change height of that corner.
No clue where to look next

I'm not sure what you mean. Does the height change per the live value? Sometimes with the GAP tool you set it but then you have to drive around and it kicks in the change.
The suggestion is still to remove the rods, and fully re-calibrate the EAS using the procedure given in the GAP manual.

So in the Gap tool under Valve Test you can manually raise/lower each corner. When doing so, three corners work properly going up and down (and live values show the change). The right rear does not move. You press up, you hear solenoid click and compressor kicks on but corner does not move (nor does live value of sensor). When you push down you hear solenoid click but no change (other corners you hear the whoooooosh of air deflating).
My next goal is to pull rods and recalibrate however in calibration mode you have to raise/lower each corner to the specification and the right rear does not budge so unable to get it to spec.
What's odd is normal Offroad/Standard/Access works just fine and all corners go up and down to target values.
Definitely no physical contact with anything, it is the same air flow noise you hear if you were lowering the suspension. No external leak.
That's what I was hoping but got a reply from Gap and not the case. :-(
