“I suspect a mechanical issue, either the airbag is leaking or one of the pipes is broken or blocked. Since the solenoid is working, you hear it clcik, you need to follow the air path from the valve to he air spring. This is the way to go since you cant control it manually using test valve.”

But that can’t be the case since normal height changes function fine so air does get in and out during normal operation.

Since rear block is now new, I’m thinking Center block must not be opening to let air in/out. Center block is original but seems unlikely to be failed since normal operation works fine and no codes from it.

Yeah...your logic is sound. Try the recal without the J-rods. It's easy, $-free and there is no harm in doing it.

That's the plan for tonight. However, since I cannot manipulate that corner through gap, I am going to have to open the voss on that corner to bleed air out and lower it to the calibration spec. Definitely seems like that is less than ideal...but at least I can scratch one more thing off the list.

I'd just try it. Any time I've done a calibration, yes, you set the new value, but then you drive it around the block and it adjusts then. It's never been an immediate response...at least not the method I used.

Well oh well, I might have found something....!!!!

Dealer had just replaced rear valve block due to leak before I bought it out of state....and as in this thread, seemed like it might be defective since one valve wouldn't let air in and out....I took pictures of valve before removing so I could be sure to put the lines back the same...which I did.

I was looking closely at the schematic in the manual and noticed something odd....air inlet line and right rear corner lines ARE SWAPPED!!!!!! The green line (from center block) is connected to the upper port but based on the diagram should be on the lower port!!!

I cannot wait to go home and swap!
