Fog Light Question
Hi everyone. Quick question regarding my fog lights as they went out the other day and now won't come back on.
I was driving the with my fog lights on and I heard a click in the center console and all of a sudden the fog lights went off and won't come back on.
I haven't had the rig for long and am still getting acquainted with it, so my question is this: does this sound consistent with a blown fuse? If so, is this a reasonably easy DIY? I'm not incredibly handy but don't mind getting my hands dirty as long as I'm not risking further damage.
Thanks for the help,
Mies

Check fuse 38 behind the glove box. If it's blown, you need to fix why it blew, or it will just blow again.
These have a tendency to short out right behind the fog light assemblies(usually the driver's, but I've seen both)
Pull the fog light bezel - just pops off
Remove the assembly - 3 T20 screws
Check the wiring right there, it shorts out on the bumper support.
Repair the wiring. I use a dab of hot glue to seal up the chaffed wire, and then some electrical tape to insulate it.
Route the harness a little differently so that it doesn't contact the sharp edge of the bumper support, and reinstall everything. Toss in a new 15A fuse, and you're set.
