Is it a front hub? 2005 LR3
We have a 2005 LR3 HSE HD with 148k miles. We recently swapped out the front shocks, the suspension air compressor and just changed out the lower control arms, sway bar links and sway bar bushings. The truck is running and riding great! I am really happy with the ride since swapping out the lower control arms, I had forgotten how well these trucks drive.
While in Idaho 6 weeks ago, I noticed a shutter and drag on the front left wheel while making driving on a mountain road while making a left-hand curve. It was startling. I took it easy on turns the rest of the trip. When I got home we had replaced the lower control arms, sway bar links and sway bar bushings. While making a left-hand turn on a freeway transition I again noticed the shutter/drag on the front left side, in addition, the suspension light on the dash started to flicker on and off. I slowed down a bit and the shutter stopped and the suspension light went out.
No issues were obvious when the lower control arms were changed out.
Thoughts? front hub? It only shows when taking a moderately hard left-hand turn at speed,
Thanks Phil

^ What he said, cause that kinda make more sense since there are very few temp errors that EAS makes. Meaning that when EAS faults its pretty much a permanent light until restart.
Hubs are pretty easy to check, raise the wheel in question and simply grab it at 12 and 6, rock it. If there is any play, bad hub is very likely but it helps to have someone visually inspect with you when rocking it. It could be an upper ball joint, for example. They don't necessarily make noise when failing, at least not at first. I had one fail BAD. Horrible noise because the seal blew and that capture spring for the seal was rubbing on the rotor. So after I did that one, I decided to just buy another and swap it without inspecting. Sure enough, raised up the wheel and checked it before install it was starting to go but presented no noise. They usually go in pairs.

Phil, that's indeed the EAS indication....now, as it was brief and in your periphery, and since they are the same color (amber) are you 100% sure that it was that icon and not the 3ETC icon? The description of when it occurred makes perfect sense for it to have been an engagement of the traction control.
