I'm new to this forum, but from what I've read so far look's awesome. Question my front passenger door is closed and the remote won't open it. Any suggestions on how to open the door so I can pull the panel off to inspect ? I have a 2006 LR3

 

I dont understand. The remote won't unlock? Does the unlock button inside work? And from the inside, you can't just open the door using the handle?

No the remote won't unlock the front passenger door only, all the others work, the front passenger door is closed so I'm not sure if I can pull the panel to look around for the problem. I've read about an actuator in other threads, do you think that might be the fix?

Are you saying you can't use the handle on the door to open it? from the inside?

unlock the other doors, climb inside, and open it with the handle... Then pull the door card off.

I can use all the other doors, they will lock and unlock with the remote, but the front passenger won't open with remote or using door handle inside or out.

 

The unlock button does not work, as well as the inside and outside door handles

 

 

Time to go to the dealer. Apparently no one here knows that one.

 

Its odd that is mechanically broke. I suppose it can happen. You may want to try a locksmith. Since you can get the window down (at least I assume you can), they may be able to get inside the door and pull something to pop the door open.
