I had no issue downloading it. Just clicked the attachment and it worked.

 

I also get the same "failed - network error" when attempting to download.

 

What browsers are we using that have worked?

I tried Firefox, Opera GX, Brave, Chrome and Safari.., all the same result. At both work and home.. all iOS or OSX though. I haven’t tried a windows box.

One and the same I was able to order my half fender on eBay.. over 10 days ago now. Had to submit a claim because it never shipped. The clips are here and waiting. Actually used some of them to fix the fender well cover, the aggressive tires I’ve got it were making a sound like a soda can on a dirt bike when turning. Which is a bit in pleasant now that I’ve grown up a bit. Haha…

 

I'm using Chrome, and still getting that error today, just as an FYI.
