[QUOTE=DakotaTravler;839255]Not surprised by that at all. The tried to pull the same crap with a rear driveshaft I bought. Even sending me one that did not match pics. I have had too many issue with them.

They sent me an unbranded compressor when I paid for a Dunlop at 2.5x the price. They blamed it on their supplier sending various brands depending on what they have available, which is both ridiculous and not an excuse for misrepresenting the brand. Had I not known what a Dunlop compressor looks like, I'd have never known. I can't imagine Dunlop would care for this, and it's not a problem one would encounter when dealing with 'legitimate' LR parts suppliers like AB and RN.

Thanks for the feedback. I’ve got a replacement height sensor, I’ll report back once installed.

Swapped the height sensor yesterday. Still have the height sensor code. Using an iCarsoft 3V the air suspension calibration program shows a failed result on both attempts to calibrate. Doesn’t say why. Everything on the LR3 is working right as far as I can tell, raises and lowers, holds the height that is set. Drives great.

Wondering if it’s not a control module? The wiring going to the height sensor looks good and intact. I didn’t open the shrink wrap to chase it back out of the wheel well to verify.

Current codes:Ride level control module
  1. C1A68 Front left height sensor supply, permanent
  2. C1A03 Front left height sensor, intermittent
  3. U0416-86 invalid data received from vehicle dynamics control module, pending

All terrain control module
  1. U0416-94 Invalid data received from vehicle dynamics control module, pending

Transfer Case control module
  1. U0132-86 lost communication with ride level control module, permanent

Vehicle dynamics control module
  1. C1A00-8 Control Module, permanent
  2. U0128-87 lost communication with parking brake control module, permanent
  3. U0421-68 Invalid data received from ride level control module, permanent

Cellular telephone control module
  1. Control module, permanent

That is an odd number of faults. Could maybe indeed be a bad module. But I tend to think the vehicle dynamics module would be the bad one? Or a canBUS issue? Can you read the sensor values live?

Live sensor values, I’ll check and report back.

Often, if you have a height sensor fault, the problem is in the wiring, which can be broken internally, even when it looks good. So, yeah you need sensor values, and make sure to watch them while tugging all along the wiring to the sensor.

Acquired a GAP tool and replaced the front left height sensor. The code returns however everything was back to working as it should.

I assumed you re-calibrated the EAS after you swapped out the sensor.....

I did, used the guided calibration on the GAP, which was why I bought it. All was well till a few days ago. Now the compressor that was replaced by a shop in April is not coming on.

I’ll check fuses first when I get some time.
