Default Help with lights

Other day both low beam lights just quit working. I had just replaced a burnt out one 5 months ago. So I wouldn't think both burnt out at same time.
My running lights work & my brights work.
Any ideas. & anyone know what fuse goes to those. ?

Did this issue get fixed? I have a similar issue with the brights working but only if I hold them on. My headlights don't turn on but my "city lights" are on; of course they are super dim. I have a Disco 1 1998 I looked at fuses, wiring, bulbs, and switched a new control arm on steering wheel.
