Default HELP, Parking sensor trouble.

I purchased my LR3 HSE7 about a month ago and made the decision to outfit it with a brush guard. After measuring my front it appeared that the front parking sensors would be no problem. However after installing it the sensors did dodge the guard but they still beeped. I was wondering if there is any way to lessen the sensitivity of the sensors without turning them off completely.

I put alot of brushguards on (mostly rover stock) never a problem, is a part of the brush guard extended, beyond the sensors??? scott

Pull the center sensors out rig it so you can move them 3 inches forward (stick and tape trick) and see if the parking aid works then repost i have an idea (is the parking aid light flashing???) scott

The center sensors are definitely picking up the brushguard. You can either figure out a way to move them forward as previously stated, or take itto the dealer and have the front sensors disabled and live with just the rear parking aid only.
