Default Help! What is this part?

Hi there. My wife was backing out of the driveway yesterday and there was a loud scraping sound. I looked underneath the LR3 (2006) and found the part pictures below hanging from the engine bottom. I wasn't sure if it was part of the car or something she ran over. I cleaned it up a bit and it looks the p/n is as follows

T60 000015
ROPRA A199 5 W7

Does anyone know what this is? Thanks!

Is it critical to replace ASAP?

It covers the side of the pan where the mechatronics connector is which is close to the CAT. I would replace ASAP. Plus the pan sounds s plastic.

I have a few used ones I could sell you or you could use bigger washers on the blown out bolt holes and bend it back into shape. It bolts to the black cage that is around your plastic pan.

Thanks! Does the p/n you have match? I have seen a couple of threads that list left and right heat shields which look longer and narrower, and then saw a youtube video that has a more rectangular shield that is mounted flat on the bottom of the vehicle. I was thinking it was that one but not sure?

Here is the video with heat shield shown at 9 seconds in.

I am in Canada so could you quote and ship to me here?
