I have a 2007 LR 3.

Maybe im searching the wrong terminology for this issue and that is why I couldn't fimd an answer in the forum.

Everytime I use my turn signal, left or right, my high beam lights turn on. Oddly enough its usually in the evening or dusk hours. Anyone else having this problem or know what's causing this?

Forgot to mention that when i want to use the high beams, i have to hold the lever for them to stay on or just turn on my signal...

 

Well it sounds like the switch in the steering column is bad. You should be able to replace it, or have it done. Here is a link to the signal switch.
