Those codes could be false codes from a low power start (weak battery) or any number of reasons. The only way to know for sure would be to clear them and see what comes back. Basically it can be "normal" for the LR3 to dump a ton of codes like that under certain situations.

The sound, its too hard to say but sounds like a heat shield not affixed properly and simply vibrating on something. You would have to locate the noise better.

 

Inside sounds pretty normal, outside sound like fan noise or a windy day, but again normal
