What is the best way to see the options list based on a VIN? I'm in the process of buying a LR3 and want to see the list so I don't spend time driving to see one that isn't what I want.

https://www.vindecoderz.com works for some VINs , but not for others. For example, when I run SALAE25427A437699, I get the build sheet with spec codes. But when I run SALAA25495A302521 it doesn't give me the build sheet at all.

The landroverforums.com VIN Decoder appears to give generic information applicable to most/all LR3s.

I don't need accident history, title info, etc., really only the options list-things like rear locking differential, cold weather package, HVAC for the rear seats, etc.

When I was shopping for an RRS I was able to get a local JLR dealer to email copies of the build sheets for cars I was considering. They will only do a couple before they ignore you though.
