I need help with a transmission oil cooling line leaking

That is your power steering return line (9) connecting to the cooler tube (18) that runs in front just behind the front grill. You need one of those plastic push-in tools to release the tabs to separate it. I have not had to deal with mine, but these fittings are usually sealed with a single or double o-ring. Finding the perfect sized replacement o-ring is a crap-shoot. Removing the old o-rings and fitting new ones is also not the easiest thing to do. This is part of the low-pressure return circuit to the reservoir so you might be able to cut the factory fitting out and splice in a coupler with some worm gear clamps. This hose does not appear to be readily available.
