....not sure anyone has easy access to theirs, but if you could please look at the electrical pins and let me know if they are all uniform in size and length, I'd appreciate that. On mine there are two (in the same row, sort of in the middle) that appear to be just a little longer than the others.

I dont have mine on me, can look in a little but, but that is typical if they are the center pins as those are the grounds. This is actually common in a lot of connectors. Even my iPhone has a couple longer pins internally that make contact first.
