Even if you find somebody with a IID tool, chances are it's locked to their car. The unlimited version is $$$$

 

If its a code you can't get to clear try disconnecting battery, holding cable ends together for a few min, and start up again. This is what I did for all my low voltage codes before I had a tool. If this is your problem...
