You got to hate New York. After registering my 2006 LR3, I get a ticket for not having a front license plate with bracket. I have ordered the bracket. Does anyone know how to install it? Do I drill holles in the bumper? Any advice appreciated.

I hear you, I just moved from AZ to WI and WI has a front plate as well.

I drilled some pilot holes and then used some short black screws.
