Just bought all my oils. What are you guys using to get the oil in the Diffs
I just got all my oils for my LR3. I bought a suction gun from a big box store when I did my jeep diffs and it was terrible to use. It was so hard to get the oil out of the gun. It was a work out. What are you guys using to get the oil in the Diffs and Tran case. Any help is appreciated.
What I do:
Get a bucket of really warm/hot water,
Set the diff oil bottles in the water to make the oil viscosity thinner,
Use a $15 hand pump from your local car parts store to pump out the bottled oil into the diffs.

I was thinking heating them would help.

This sounds like something I need to search.
I use a hand pump designed for servicing outdrives. I have a couple of them in different sizes to screw onto different size bottles.
I'm surprised the garden sprayers will flow heavy oil. May have to look into that. Would beat having to stand there pumping away by hand.
