Keys stop working

My 2005 LR3 SE keys will not open the doors, the two keys stop working last week. I started having problem about three month ago, they would stop working for a day or so and then they will start working again. Now the two keys are dead to the bone.

The dealer is the only one that can fix it. the battery is recharged when the vehicle is running

Brakes sometimes stop working, ABS not working, but ABS dashboard light is off.
