Dear all, i'm New on this forum and i'm fan of l322 range.
i recently bought a l322 4.2 supercharged range from 2005.
But the engine eat a part of a spark plug. Then a piston and his cylinder his dead.
I have found another engine from a range rover sport 2006 4.2 supercharged.
I'd just like to be sure they are the same engine before buying it. Both of them are 428ps.
Réf of my engine IS lmam3014 and the sport engine IS a lsaa3024. Any one know how to confirme that both engine are the same? Thanks you very much...

 

I’m almost positive the engine oil pan is different. The axle goes through it on the L322.

 

Thank you very much. Finally i found a L322 engine with transaxle, differential and transfert bos (in one bloc).
Know i'm looking inofrmations about how to do the body removal to change the engine.
Does any one have a pdf which show how to do the body removal of a L322?
