Default leaking rear window

Its been raining non-stop for the last couple days here in southern Georgia and last night I noticed water inside coming from the top of the rear hatch glass. would this mean clogged gutters? Hoping it's not a seal.

Could be the seal on the panoramic roof, or possibly the seal on the rear glass

Possibly the seal around the top hatch door - is the roof lining wet?

So it looks like its coming out between the glass and the plastic interior trim at the top, where the defroster wires connect. might be coming from the 3rd brake light wiring grommets. im going to have to pour water over each of the suggestions here and see what develops.

I would go with the big convoluted rubbery piece that goes from the hatch to the body as if that's not seated properly or cracked, it could leak

I just repaired this on my 06 lr3. For mine, there was a large crack in the top of the third brake light lens on both left and right sides. I used a dremel to enlarge the cracks to about 1/16" and then filled them with plastic bonding epoxy. After sanding it smooth the repair is really hard to notice and it helps that it's up on top of the light. Since my brake light assembly was still sealed otherwise this has fixed the problem. I can send pictures if you want or answer questions here if you need help.

This could very well be the cause. I noticed the 3rd brake light has two cracks on top as well. Thanks wdgiles!!
