Leaking something yellow from the rear?

That video makes zero sense... you don't get snow and salt "crusted" on your exhaust that drips off to a neon yellow color. Am I missing something here?

I'm not quite clear on how it works either, but after seeing the spots in almost all the parking spaces around here, always right around the middle/center of the spots, I'm convinced. It's not when snow touches a hot exhaust (it would just vaporize), but if the exhaust is cold and warming up while touching snow. It's likely just some combination of metals staining the snow. Salt might be involved as well.
